I am Jessica Ume-Ezeoke, currently residing in Abuja, Nigeria. My academic journey commenced with undergraduate studies in International Relations and Diplomacy, culminating in graduation in 2020. Since then, I have diligently pursued my career. Passionate about the arts and creativity, I find fulfillment in exploring diverse forms of artistic expression. Serving as a Customer Service Manager at Lanzart, I am deeply inspired by witnessing the profound ways in which artists convey their narratives through their creations. Contributing to this dynamic artistic movement is an immensely rewarding experience.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience
  • Interaction with  customers and get the context of their problem
  • Collecting Customer feedback and following up with the customer
  • Taking ownership of Customer issues
