Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
– Returns are accepted within [7 days] of delivery for items damaged in transit.
– To initiate a return, email us at lanzartgallery@clientservice.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

2. Refunds
– Approved refunds will be processed within [X days] and credited to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges
– We currently do not support exchanges but can offer store credit where applicable.

10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

1. Store credit for the full purchase price, or
2. A refund to your original payment method less a 20% processing fee calculated off the total purchase amount.

If you would like help finding a replacement artwork, we are happy to pair you with a complimentary art advisor to help you find the perfect piece.

If the original artwork arrived damaged, or was misrepresented, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

All return shipments must be arranged through Lanzart and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.
