Collision

During the weeks in which this piece was made, I had experienced a lot of upsetting things and had been very overwhelmed with people, life school, you name it. I tried to keep it all together, make your own happiness, fake it till you make it, was not working. The colourful side of me shone for a while but it soon started to dim and soon enough, darkness was setting in, much like my piece here. With academic stress looming over my head, I abandoned this piece and the day before it was completed, I cried a lot. It gave me a lot of clarity and I was only better for it. I guess the point I tried to make was, holding back negative emotions is not a good idea. And it is something I am still working on, till date.
